This is a car that I have built and not really done much with. I’m wanting to keep the engine and ECU out of the car.

The shell was from a 1992 car that I stripped down and sent to old school minis. There it had whatever panels it needed replacing replaced and a full respray.

Curley removable front end
Aluminium door skins
Carbon weezel 16v bonnet
Carbon weezel rear boot lid
Carbon weezel rear bumper
Carbon weezel miglia arches
ACW polycarbonate windows
Also have carbon weezel light blanks and a second set of wider miglia arches that will be included.
Roll centre 6 point rollcage with added dash bar
Spax Coilover suspension all round
Rebuilt front subframe
Force racing titanium bottom arms
Kad tie rods
Kad 7.9 twin pot Calipers and discs
Rear aluminium beam axle
Kad rear arms
Minifins
Tilton bias valve
Concept racing fuel tank
Kirkey seat
Etb digidash
Force racing wheels 6x10 split rims on new a032r (wouldn’t mind keeping these)

When the KAD engine was in this and had no lights it weighed 489kg with half a tank of fuel.

When I first built it it wasn’t road legal, I later made it road legal with lights etc. MOT has ran out currently

£5000 without wheels £5500 with.

My number is 07984573711 if anyone has any questions

Cor, I'd love this. Don't have the cash at the moment though.

Hopefully it’ll sell as a whole. I don’t particularly want to break it.

I just have not enough space and now I have the e36 track car too many cars!

The plan is to put the engine in my grey car and keep that one.

Didn't think this would hang around!

Bugger.. !

Glad it was an easy sale, but I hoped it'd stick around until "this time next year, Rodney" when I could afford it *wink*

Yes it is. Crazy price. No surprise it’s been for a while, I’m sure it started at a higher price to.

I asked him out of curiosoty n he said its not the same mini but you'd have to be blind to believe him! The little details like the bolts around the grille and the mirrors and the emergency pull button on scuttle arent just a coincidence... what would he gain from lieing 🤷‍♂️

I've just looked through the pics and it definitely is the same car, as you say, same grille, mirrors etc.. but there's smaller things as well - the single large washer on the front arch, the same sticker on the rollcage, fasteners on the front valence. But not sure why you'd lie other than not wanting to admit massively over valuing the car.

40k for a competition car with a brake line hanging off of the radius arm and exhaust bobbins installed in the wrong plane.
Where do I sign........?

It is the same car.

I know the guy who bought it off Matt. Sprinted it for a season and sold it during covid times due to lack of use. The guy that bought it was a dreamer and ruined it, but now back with the guy I know. Running a 7 port and will be out this season again.

Ps it was no where near 40k *wink*

Ps the blue was the colour of Matts trainers when he picked the colour….not whatever colour the dreamer made up
