So took a little detour on way home from London 2 Brighton to minispares and picked myself up a 6 point cage, harness bar, door bars and dash bar...

Seamed to have got plates to weld into the car for all mounts but only the plates to go on outside of sill for th fronts? Anyone fitted one before any advice on how they done it or how theres came?

And i understand that i cut the door bars to size for the angle i want but is the dash bar the same process as its longer than needed and was the only one that didnt come with paperwork

Plates only on inside on all 6 locations

But i have plates to use instead of washers for the front outside, all nicely painted like the cage

Surely you can just give them a call and ask? They’ll know.

Also if using their plates be prepared to give them some hammer time to get them to be the same profile as your sills before welding in

ratchet strap the rear to get it in the car.

So the confusion came with the 2 painted plates that looked like to be used instead of washers on underside of car (only for front n not rear)
This was where i was confused..

Did contact minispares... after 3 days of emails i did get a reply.. said about the painted plates.. 2 days later i got a full fitting kit for rear off safety devices.. but no rear painted plates like the front had? So just a duplicate of what i had??? So im just gonna cut the 2nd mount plates down n paint them like what the fronts came with...
