Hi,
Which oil are you using in your turbo engines ?
I've always used cheap 20w50 mineral but change it very often,
Should the turbo need synthetic ?
Don't have much choice where I live and air temperature is quite high.

Most here use high quality oil.

Either Millers CTV or valvoline VR1
Both 20w50

20W50 semi-synthetic and highest possible ZDDP is basically what Miller's is, try to copy that.

For the race car with a decent gearbox and plate clutch I use Millers CTV.

I saw while searching on here you was using this shell diesel oil. This is one I can find here, it is a truck oil ?
I also found the ctv at minispares so might add this to my next order ( shipping cost more than the oil itself !)

Shell Rotella is purported to be a high zinc oil. Or just throw some of that “ZDDP in a bottle” into your engine?
