Hello All,

Just looking for a bit of advice and thoughts really. I wouldnt know how to rebuild a carb to fit the turbo bits, but i have been searching ebay and this came up: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Classic-Mini-Coo...uEAAOSwOtVayOxO

what are peoples thoughts on it? would you trust buying someting like that? there is another guy on there who is just selling the carb for £350 so i didnt think this was too badly priced.

That's bonkers !! £400 ? Does stuff actually sell at this kind of price ?

Unless you're feeling rich I 'd look for a non turbo HIF 44, get yourself a turbo carb rebuild kit and spend an afternoon rebuilding it. It's not difficult at all. Not to piss on your chips but the fact is that if you find something like that beyond you then a turbo Mini probably isn't the car/project for you.

Thanks for the heads up guy's, maybe i will pass on it and do some re'search'ing in to rebuilding a HIF44, am sure its not as complex as i am thinking it is *oh well*
