Hi Few questions. Im about to put something on the bulkhead box to stop it getting as hot. Any advice on what type of material to use like resitant sheets or padding?

If So Where can I Order it from?

Also I was Going to mount a 10 inch Kenlow fan on the side of the radiator under the wheel arch anyone done this?.

Demon Tweeks do what you are looking for.
Lots of folks have fitted fans - but you must have £££ if you're buying and fitting a kenlowe! Most of us go scrappy ratting and hand over £5 for the scrapyards dogs next fortnights dinner in exchange for a fan off a renault/peugeot or similar!

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

my bulk head box was home made

i welded it in and then welded some 25mm x 3mm flat bar around the edge then placed another plate over the top also welded this over

in effect double skinning this, not much heat comes through at all with the 3mm gap
