Hi guys new to this forum but a very active member on theminiforum. Have decided to go turbo with my track/fast toad mini. I have removed my engine and have the bulkhead box ready to go in just need to confirm some measurements. The box is from minispares and looks pretty well made. The question is how far from the top and how far away from the master cylinders does the box need to be? I know the p/s of the bulkhead gets tight even with a box so wanted to make sure I get my box correct ! Cheers Ryan

Best to have a look at done pictures on here mate.
Been so long since I done one I can't remember lol.
Just remember to cut the corner bit where the actuator will sit.

Saying all that. You can get a turbo to fit without cutting bulkhead boxes now. Depending on what manifold and turbo you choose.

I have the standard metro setup as the turbo is in very good condition. Will look into newer setups at a later date! So far I have marked out the box roughly on the bulkhead see pic! I’m guessing the main problem area is the p/s of the bulkhead.

I think the one I fitted was longer than that as I'm sure I was closer to the 2 bolts at the bottom.
