i have had a date for my french doors to be fitted for a few weeks now, i was given the date of the 3rd oct but today the double glazing people have rang and said they have a date for me i said i already have a date the 3rd they said that that was incorrect and installation is friday the 7th

now i have arranged the carpet fitters and delivery of new sofa's around the date of the 3rd i explained this and was told a manager would ring me back, the manager has rang back and said they can start on the 3rd but cant finish installation untill the following day, i feel like asking for deposit back how do you think i stand there?

they have agreed to fit them today as i said i would have deposit back and go elsewhere

So far its 11:17 am and they have not turned up!

They have to put french doors in where a window is so have to knock half a wall out and make good, dont look like its going to get done today :(
