Hey all... tubbing my rear arches and fitting some jon betts turrets and strut..
The sheet of metal i have seams well too thin to use.. im guessing its .8 it seams the arches are thicker guage than say the floors/sills... ive been down to a fab shop near me.. had .8 and .9 and then it jumped straight to 1.5 which seams way to overkill!! He said he can get me a 1m x2m sheet of 1.2mm for £40 but i thought i ask the question here 1st.. what have people used?

Cheers, Dave

Can't remember the thickness but I used a oil drum chopped up. It's the right radius for the rarest arches.

My build thread..
