Has anyone tried modifying the metro turbo manifold (with a smaller turbo) so it clears the bulkhead?

I don't think it's possible. The flange is in the wrong place no-matter what angle you can mount the turbo at. Even with a tiny turbo Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I may be mistaken, but I’m sure I saw someone on here use an adaptor that was machined with an angle to put the turbo closer to the block. Whether it was enough or not I cannot remember. |

Now a days its much easier to by a fusion fabs kit |

Im sure the T2 fitted without any bulkhead mods not sure what the equivalent is to it today. Own the day

Nope. Any turbo mounted on the Metro manifold will require bulkhead mods.
