Mot problems/handbrake divider

The diveder on the rear subframe from my saloon is weakend so much that when you pull the handbrake hard enough one side bends open. Rest of the subframe is solid. Thing now is... They pulled it trough on the mot so although I never used it I have to fix it.

Is there a replacement part for this?

you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.

finish date set for project 1... march 2018

Never seen that even on really rotten subframes, sounds like a job for the welder and a bit of fabrication.
