Hello again all. Hope you're able to have a good long weekend.
After considering all the options I did as suggested and have gone with the SC MPi set up for the Marcos. I'm starting to fit the kit now but am having a couple of problems understanding the fitting instructions with regards to fitting of the breather pipes.
I'm going to try and work it out using a standard MPi inlet manifold - I'll connect the obvious pipes first (servo and the like) but does someone have a photograph of the installed system I can use to compare with?
This might seem obvious to some, but the car failed it's first IVA over emissions and I'd hate to fail again simply because I've not connected a couple of tubes correctly!
I'm a little concerned that the air filter provided is hard against the bulkhead - not sure what I can do about this apart from remove the supplied air filter unit and fit a sock over the trumpet. And I'll need to have a specific throttle cable made which has a 90 elbow as the current cable exits vertically and won't fit under the bonnet. But it looks good in the engine bay.

Just by way of an update, fitted the kit and had the car mapped recently by RS Tuning in Leeds.
89bhp on the rolling road. Not too bad considering it's only the second engine I've built and with a home ported head. I'm quite happy with the power/torque curves too (1342cc with an SW5i cam fitted.

That's a great result. It sounds like Rs tuning know the Specialist components system well. 👍
