Odd 10" steels?

I was sorting thru some 10inch steels with a view to banding a set for my mini. I was checking that I had a set of matching rims, when I discovered two rogues. They have 3 slots punched into the center part of the wheel, as apposed to the gap that is present on the normal rims. They also have slightly more offset(3-5mm wider track) , but are otherwise the same. Does anyone know what they have come from?
