I have not calculated in space for a drydecking kit.
Only 68 mm between blok and turbo on the side.

Would it be an option to find a 90 degree outlet and 90 degree inlet with a piece of silicone hose in between? Or is there such a kit or would this be to restrictive?

Dorking

Wouldn’t be an issue. That’s what I have, at the other end though.

Did you make that from a single billet?

Yes I did, I made a pair for the dry deck fittings and one for the cylinder head water outlet. Also made an oil return and breather block for the rear of the engine.
Made the first set out of Delrin but then decided to machine some in alloy.

Rammie, is there sufficient material on the normal dry deck kits for you to cut the ends at 45 degrees, then weld on a piece of tube that’s been mitred with a bead roll on the other end to retain the hose?
This would turn your hose fitting by 90 degrees and allow you to use the 180 degree hose and keep close proximity to the block and deck?
