In the past for NA engines I machine A+ main caps to accept the earlier full groved bearings, is this a mood I can do for a Turbo engine or is not worth sacrificing bearing surface, Is better to drill the crank instead and keep the A+ Bearings?

STD engine whit a refresh, bearings, rings etc, standart T3, for now..
