Looking to increase the performance of my Turbo Mini
After
Big chamber Big valve head ?
Uprated Kent or Avonbar Cam
Uprated actuator to increase boost
Mini big bore side exit exhaust turbo back system
Any other suggestions

If I had an ERA I would leave it standard but its your car and you do as your hear desires

That said

Keeping it simple
Cometic head gasket or a copper head gasket.
Kent 266 cam
reshaped needle and MG Maestro turbo jet
Block of the original ball spring dump valve and fit an intercooler and vacuum dump valve
Fit a bleed valve that way you won't have to change the actuator
For the exhaust port the cast turbo exit elbow thats a real choke point.

Thanks Mr Joshua I was looking for internal engine improvements to keep it standard looking rather than loads of inter cooler
Pipes etc which would as you say detract from its value

You really can't do much without the intercooler to be honest. If your not wanting to change the silhouette of the engine bay then your limited to 7-10psi of boost.

So that being said fit an Mg metro head keep the Mg metro inlet valves and go for stainless exhaust valves, there are numerous threads advising what size to fit, get the head ported but not polished. Kent 266 cam and go with that

For originality all this can be reversed or sold with the car so it can be reverted to factory spec
