What is the best way to work out what two clutch digrphram / plates to use?
I was originally thinking of using one turbo AP plate %20 and a normal AP green dot plate. I was reading up and this could be too heavy for what I need. I'm probably looking around have 180ftlbs torque.

Thanks.

Are you concerned about pedal pressure? As I recall from the original thread there is an increase in pedal pressure but it was surprisingly far less than he was expecting

Yeah well its not my daily car but I don't really want to have a more pressure on the parts than needed. My previous set up is pre verto with grey diaphragm

Lowestoft, Suffolk.

I initially ran a turbo and an uprated one which gave a pedal akin to a pre Verto with a grey diaphragm.
I reverted to the uprated combined with a used old 998, lighter pedal (still heavy) but so far has held a little more than your proposed torque figure.

What is the 998 clutch all the clutches seem to be 180mm or 190mm

I used a used diaphragm from a 998.
The most commonly used clutch plate is the 180mm AP race plate.

a 1275 and a turbo was to heavy for me.
