Hi all, just rebuilt new turbo engine due to a broken ring , one cylinder was slightly down and a bit of smoke .
So after a rebuild with new bearings , new rings , new big bearings and ruffed up cyclinders as you should ,
Getting a bit of blue/white smoke out of that exhaust and breathers , have not taken for a run yet and thought smoke would clear after a bit of time ? Have done compression test on each cylinder and they 175psi / 12bar , had the head also profession refurbed with new seals etc and pressure tested , turbo in good condition with no oil being lost etc.
loosing no oil or water and have checked head gasket and it’s good .
So ? Is , Is in normal to have smoke out of exhaust and I think it’s a bit concerning? Any advice welcome.
Thanks Bry
