What inlet manifold?

What would a good inlet manifold be to use on my turbo engine? It has a side mount turbo so most inlets will fit I currently have a minisport inlet manifold and on my other NA engine I have a Bagsport high flow stainless steel manifold ideally I don't want to take that off the other car. And I'm not really sure how a steel inlet would be any better than a cast alloy one.i did read ages ago the maniflow cast one is good to use. But would there be any difference from a maniflow and minisport one?

I use the Metro NA inlet manifold, only one that fits with the large exhaust manifold. Works with 23psi boost.
