So after a bit of brain storming I’ve come up with a potential solution to the fuelling and how I’m going to go about this with the upgrade path I have in mind. The first solution is cheap Weber type throttle bodies, with a manifold they’ll mate up to the SPi head and the aftermarket ECU will do all the controlling, the other option I like is the use of motorcycle throttle bodies, something from the new breed of parallel twins such as the MT-07, GSXR8, Aprilia RS660. They’re cheap, plentiful and I can design a manifold and adaptor plates to be manufactured from them to mate to the SPi head then another for the supercharger, still needs an aftermarket ECU, so this is a potential solution to what I’m looking at.
