Hi, has anyone used or knows of a good engineering firm in west or south Yorkshire,
Who can balance a crank assembly, I will also be having a head skimmed and some unleaded inserts fitted

Rotherham Reboring are OK, I have used them to skim heads on a number of occasions. I have never had them do any balancing though so can't comment on if they are any good or not.

Have a word with Benross see who he uses, might be more local to you.

i think benross has used mini sport but that a bit of a treak, but i will use them if i have to,

I used a place in Doncaster once, built me a fantastic engine, still used in my bro's mini.

They were just off balby road iirc.

I'll dig out the receipt (I'll probably still have it) and get the name if you're interesetd.
