ok my origional plans were to put a cosworth intercooler in me car, but saying i am now peasant boy, i will stick with the lesser option (me rs turbo one) i want to fit this in behind the grille, so i dont have to cut bonnets etc (want the car not to look like its turboed / modded) is there a set distance for the pipework ? what happens if i get this wrong ?

Just whack it in where it fits basically. keep bends smooth and as shallow radius as possible. thats about it |
