I want to rebush my rear radius arms, has anyone ever done this job? Is it a bitch of a job? On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

You're supposed to do it 'in line' with the bearing. Personally - i just used an adjustable reamer, and it worked fine.

going for reccon arms is not really an option, as I've got KAD arms, can't afford new ones. On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

I've done it before, just get the arm in a vice and get a mate to "spot" you square, and ream it out. Worked fine, car tracked up all OK on std subby afterwards.

Silly question I know, but have you asked KAD how much they charge to re-con their arms?
