pretty sure none of you will like this due to the bolt on plastic parts pictured. But this is an etching i did you a mini last year, just dug it up and thought at least someone may like to see it. There was also one of the rear view but i cant find it anywhere *angry* oh well.




just incase any of you dont know, etching is scratching a design onto a metal plate freehand, then putting through a press (well thats as simplified as i can make it sound), i spent a hell of a lot of time scratching onto the plate!

in newcastle we do alot of etching but it tends to be with a key along the side of a car ???

cheers guys :) ... this next one isnt mini related, but its a different kind of print, might do a mini print in the same style soon :)



that was a silk screen print, but instead of using paper stencils to create graphic like images, i used a water based chemical that resists the oil based inks on the screen and basically painted out the areas i wanted to leave a certain colour each time, very time consuming but worth it :)
