Had a letter from solicitor about bike accident today

basically because i have had injuries prier to the bike accident my claim is weakend

1)1998 knocked off motorbike and had bruised elbow (i never claimed personal injury just bike damage)
2)1999 was hit from behind by a muppet in a nova doing 90 round blind bend police estemated impact at about 50, i had some soft tissue damage to lower back and neck claimed for car and personal injury, i was lucky i had the roof down on the golf and my friend Russ was catapulted from car and recived multiple injuries
3) i have suffered from an illness since 2000 that has requred me to take tablets, solicitor has said this will hurt my claim even though i have informed every insurance company ive been with

what is it with this country we reward the scroungers yet try and take away what others are entitled to

yeah keep persisting. My mate had a whiplash injury in a car accident, was quite a minor shunt yet made a big deal of it and is sitting on £2k for wot i see as a minor shunt!

I had a similar thing; when the idiot t-boned my mini (knocking me out on the B-pillar in the process) shortly aafter building it, the fact i'd damaged my neck some 8 years previously playing rugby (aged 12) was bought up.

I ended up with a small amount - then again, the woman and two kids in the other car he hit went to town on him properly, which made me feel much better!!!

solicitor is filling you with shit, i am guessing you have had a motorcycle accident. all you need is a Dr`s report which states that the injuries you have sustained are as a direct result of the crash,your past does not come into it bro your current situation would not be, had you not have had the accident, you do need to prove that your injuries were not present proir to the crash of course, if u get me drift threaten them by saying you will go elsewhere that normally makes em more positive, failing that drop me a pm with the details of the incident and i will try and advise you on criminal injuries compensation claims (pending on whats happended of course)
keep smiling everything happens 4 a reason you have had a run of it lately from what i have read on here........good things await you just wait and see :)

Not just the UK, Wolfie. The USA is as bad (or possibly worse). The have-nots get everything without earning it, then complain because they don't have "as much" as the haves, who are working their arses off to get what they've got. Sickens you, sometimes.
