hi there. i'm new to the site and have just put my mini for sale on ebay and on a few of the forums on the web. its in the for sale section listed as "mini 1275 stage 2"

once i have sold this, i am looking for a new mini to buy, however i'm not sure what to get. i want something a bit unusual, such as a van, pick up, 1380 or turbo/supercharger, etc and i should have about £4k to spend.

has anyone got any suggestions of what i should do or has anyone got a mini for sale around that sort of price?

this is my mini for sale by the way http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MINI-1275-STAGE-2_W0...1QQcmdZViewItem

I dont think anyone can really decide for you what kind of mini you like, but the one you have is quite different, why are you selling it?

Best way to find something unusual would be ebay really and just find something you like.

Resident Cylinder Head Modifier

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

firstley welcome

my advice to you would be DONT sell this motor of yours you will regret this!

i would fit a turbocharged engine in there and you will be more than happy with say
150 ++ bhp on tap

use this forum and do a search to see whats required

benross. i know it is a nice mini but its not to my taste anymore. i want a retro looking mini preferably on 10's and to convert this one would cost £k's and be a bit of a waste of the respray that i bought for it in the first place

Have you seen the mini that user 'sumpnut' is selling - already has the bulkhead modded for the turbo, nice BRG colour, and a VERY, VERY solid shell. Really unusual to find one like that.

Thanks for the plug Dave.

It is currently fitted with a standard 1 litre engine, but the shell has had the bulkhead box fitted ready for a turbo engine to be installed again.

The shell had a full restoration about 14months ago, new panels no shoddy repairs etc and a full respray.
