Running rich. When running at speed, runs great. Also, returns extra fuel back to tank, fills cabin with fuel vapors.

Is your mini still at the shop having the custom downpipe made? If so - get them to weld in a lambda sensor (O2 sensor) sleeve.
The only way to sort out a problem like you've got is by a RollingRoad tune, or by accertaining exactly what's happening. Having an O2 sensor will allow you to precisely monitor the air/fuel ratio. No turbo-car should be without one!

Out of the shop now,$500us later(ouch) but will be going back for a muffler. Any idea's on the correct muffler? I was kinda thinking of the stainless steel Cooper S with dual outlets.
