Today i´ve fount out that my turbo still doesn´t spin freely has it should after a month full of wd40 in the bearing. Is it seized??
It moves but i must press hard on the compressor "fan" to make it TURN (not spin).New turbo comming? If so wich cars are obvious donnors? (metro turbos rare in portugal)i´m intressed in t2 or t3.
T3 if i cut the bulkhead, T2 if i go to the mirage setup. Does any body know the price of the mirage kit??

I believe the price of the Mirage kit is around £350. Depending on the power u want they do some good Hybrid turbos as well. Nic is the man to talk to about the Mirage setup!!

hi there, t25 from nissans direct fit to manifold or some fabrication required?

t25 same stud pattern as a t2 where it fits manifold,so would fit with mirage manifold if the turbo is the same overall size.

On the downpipe,mirage bolts straight to the turbo via 5 bolts so it doesn't really matter what shape or size the outlet is on it.

An adapter plate can be made or got of JIMSTER on here to fit a t2 or t25 to the standard metro manifold

as its been said the mirage kit is £350, you can run the t2/t25's which have the 4 stud fixing

a phase 2 (watercooled) renault 5 is the one to use, or you can get new hybrids from mirage

sumpnut is running a nissan t25 on his mirage setup

the mirage downpipe will fit either style (although i think there may be a few odd styles kicking around)

is the t 25 off the rover tomcat??
