Any one got one for sale,Or want to give me a price to bore one out to match a peco ??(It's green) downpipe.

Maniflow more likely, take the elbow out to a 50/52mm diameter. On 21st Jan, 2011 fastcarl said:

Thought it was a peco,same colour as my (boy racer) big bore 2 on the metty,I/d of downpipe is 48mm

Don't take it out to a 50mm diameter or you'll have machined into thin air!

Ben, I wasn't happy leaving a 1.0/1.5mm mm wall thickness - so erre'd on the side of reliability / safety / caution. It is a casting afterall, and thin structural castings are asking for trouble...

Just measured one up in the garage, the very outside is 50mm, a few mm down up the elbow it is 48mm with plenty of meat left.

What difference will this mod make? as were only talking of a few mm?

Basically we are opening the elbow out to as close as possible to a 2†system = 52mm
