The standard manifold is more than up to the job, open the runners up to match the head face and away you go.
The Gp "A" Metros used the standard item and certainly weren't short of a few bananas, think about it ........

as the dave and phil stated its hard to beat!

leyland did their home work on this one
& got it spot on

of course some speed shops makes
after market ones

but.... in the turbo application on a 5 porter they are little more than junk!

Just wondering if you could get better ones. Even though standard ones are good, just wondering if you could get better, as nouthings perfect...

You could cast your own aluminium one save a bit of wieght
