The phase 2 is the way to go. The SW5 is a great cam for use in NA engines, but the phase 2 has extended exhaust duration tailored to the turbo setup.

I think I have the only engine I know of that uses this gasket? You're not alone Tom i also used this "overpriced" gasket. lol. Like Tom i also reccomend the P2 cam, as do many others. Great for a fast road motor, and also doesn't sem to be much of a limiting factor where big power is sought. I'm guessing your wanting something fairly road driveable, but with a decent bit of go when required ? Drop the compression to about 8.5-1 use the Minispares Mega pistons and run 10-12psi. {standard pistons will do the job at this boost, but i doubt you'll be lucky enough to find a standard engine which isn't in need of a rebore} Providing the engine and transmission is well built and properly set up, you should have many miles of happy motoring. Phil.

yeah i hear if you run the 1:3 rockers over the 1:5, you are likely to gain at the bottom end, without sacrificing much if anything at all at the top end, but then you could always try both and see what works best for your set up? :) NO LONGER A <3 lover of BOLT-ON plastic <3 ....
