More info needed. Is this a developing problem? Or have you just put it together and it has never run correctly?
What spec is the engine? What turbo are you using? What fuel pump/system?

More info needed please.

hey, yeh it is a developing problem it was running mint as until i replaced the oil outlet hose which was split, the replacment hose is smaller in diameter. the engine is 1600cc DOHC 16v FWD with an IHI VJ9 turbo. The fuel Pump is the factory in-tank with 3/8" fuel lines, All standard to the engine.

No idea then, you may have missed the obvious clues, but this is a site for turbocharged MINIS.
