i changed mine about 6 months ago , its very easy to do, just take the drive shaft out , and the seal will pop out with a screw driver, i got my seal from minisport and they seem good quality , the haynes manual shows that you have to remove a cover on the gearbox, but theres no point in doing this ,

oh i forgot to mention if you got oil every where under there, you might have a leak on the gear selector ,
