ive got a sierra cozzy intercooler to fit to me car over winter ive got 2 questions is the size of this ok it seems very big and i dont think ill be running to much boost maybe about 12psi ish?

secondly im fitting this behind me grill (clubby) and am planning on a front mounted rad which would sit directly behind it do you reckon this will effect it much?heat and flow wise?

thanks in advance

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

The boring bloke who runs this place.

Berkshire

i'm using the 2wd cossie intercooler, and only running 7psi at the moment. Seems to work fine.

JF uses the 4wd one, with 15-20psi

As for mounting, mine fits under the roundnose bonnet.. should have no issues with fitting under a clubby front end - dont know about the heat though.

you can get both the rad and IC to fit in a clubby front easily, we're doing the same with keans at the minute. there's enough room to sit the IC above the rad.
