a LIL fishing village on the coast - Newcastle Upon Tyne

a bit of silt in the float needle ?(if su`s have em) if you have ran the car low on fuel and the silt from the bottom of the tank has been drawn through the carb ? unless summit is bent, you havnt dropped or knocked the carb at any point have you ?

Make sure you have a large inline fuel filter.

It keeps the dirt out I have been a mechanic for a long time and have found most problems to be dirt in the carb mostly so small you cant see it but puting a fuell filter in cures most.
