ok there are a lot of S60`s in my job, and i noticed that they have a lovely intercooler mounted into the bottom grille at the front. the intercooler looks the same length as the cosworth one but twice as tall. i also believe that the turbo used on the volvo is a T3....i am considering using this intercooler, as i may be able to get em off the crashed volvos at work, one was rolled recently and the front end is ok ! has anyone used one of these before ? just theyt should flow really well being a modern motor

ahhh shucks am blushing here :) thanks for the kind words ! i will get photos asap steve i will measure the ID of the inlet / outlets aswell, will have to wait until tonight as the boys flew out before i could collar one of em

I once got collared by some boys in blue....I was down the side of my house fitting locking wheel nuts to my car.....they thought I was trying to nick the wheels of it....took a good 10mins of explaining and showing them that I had the keys to both the car and the locking wheel nuts before they would believe me.

Yes I appreciate that, however, it is impossible to maintain a bulb. It either works or it doesn't. if it doesn't, you swap for a new one.

Yeah i know the police do a good job in many ways. I just meant they often waste a lot of time and pointless effort in other areas {as above}.

got to be honest im all for roadside checks, if my car was stolen i would want it found and if i have to pay tax insurance ect i dont see why others should get away with it!

lol lads we should have a cop thread :) steve i didnt manage to get the photos yet, someone tried to stub a cigarette out on my face at work last night so i was a bit busy i will deffo get em tonight tho i promise...i reckon these may be the future coolers to use lads !

Part was removed from a late model Volvo S60.Core size on this one is 17X27X1 3/8".Overall width including tanks is 32 7/8".Inlet and outlet fittings are 2 1/4" OD.
