Iain, i know you're relying on this guy to bring himself and 3 other minis to this shootout...

He is well know on turbosport.co.uk forums (username killer_cossie16) who makes out he has lots of things for sale, and allowing people to drive from all over the country when really he never had anything for sale...

If you get money off him in advance, well fine - but if i were you, i'd assume him to be a 'messer' and not spend too much time chasing him or expecting him to show.

i was going to post something similar dave after his posts in the for sale section aparently selling a metro turbo, there were clearly people interested and he posted that he hadn't had any interest. i say time wasters such as these should be given a warning then then banned from the forum.

Thought that metro turbo for ?50 was too good to be true!

Still think we've got enough for the rolling road day, hopefully should have confirmation and be collecting deposits as of next week

Got to agree to this TBH i would not even spend the time penciling him/her/it a provisional place

as a mod on turbosport ive looked at ALL his posts and have to say he is totally full of s***

eg: made a guy drive all the way from london to brum to buy parts of him and he did not turn up, then to add insult to injury kept him waiting while he said he would turn up later

Needs a slap IMHO

if that is true which it sounds like it is then i think this guy should be banned to save any future/current forum users from being subject to this guys antics
