I know some folks have enlarged the size of the hole. I believe TurboPhil tried this when he had fuelling problems, he may be able to advise of what he did.

ive got a stanard jet in mine and have had no probs as of yet, but yes the turbo jet is bigger.
always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |

Yeah i drilled my needle jet holder out to 2.9mm, think the standard size is 2.5mm ? iirc ....

phil, that was the jet, what about the seat for the needle for the float chamber, are any float bowls running out of fuel?

i was talking about the float jet not the main jet

thansk hogster, I will be finished building my new motor within the next two weeks and then i will be putting it on an engine dyno to test and tune and see how it goes.
