I know thtere is alot of discussion on camshafts, but what do you look for when selecting?
The favoured cam seems to be The Phase 2, or possiblely the MG metro, but what about the Swiftune SW5?

are we talking for forced induction here ? i thought the sw5 cam was for N/A engines ?
