Thats a quater scale Conley V8. Made by Gary Conley. Not sure if the blower is functional, i think they were just dummies. They are nice bits of kit, but cost upwards of 3.5k US.

is that the same guy that made the scale farrarie engine in a remote control car (was still fairly big) actually sounded like a ferarri all be it slightly higher pitched.
