Hi Peeps

You've probably seen some if not all of my posts about turbo engines, bits to buy and some1 to fit my engine.

Well I am happy to report that the Yellow beast is now fully turbo'd up.

Thanks solely to Iain. This guy really knows his stuff. He has fitted the full turbo engine from his van into the yellow one, intercooler, dump valve and all.

He has done a 1st class job. I can recomend him for any turbo help/advice/info. This guy knows his onions and is a truly nice guy!!!

How does it drive????

Awesome. The boost is turned right down to just 5psi and the engine in just bedding in. In reality I am just getting used to some quick mini driving.
It gives aweful torque steer under acceleration in 2nd and to a lesser extent in 3rd, but boy it goes.
I've only done a few miles in it but I did make a little Nova boy look embarassed as I left him floundering!!!!

The next step???????

I fancy a VMAX head - recomendations???
What else???

It's running the bleed valve fully closed so an upgraded actuator set to 7/8/9psi??

I'd go for a head, intercooler and more boost!

Id go with the Vmax head and an uprated actuator.

Intercooler that its got should be fine. Position isnt ideal but some new piping should sort that *wink* keep you busy.

Roll on Good Friday.
I can't wait to see what he's running. I reckon under the 100Brake coz the boost is turned down.

Long term I would like to see 150!!!!
