ive been ripped off with the help of paypal, i sell buisness system phones on ebay when i get them in, i sold one a little while back and the scammer emailed me saying phone was perfect i waited a day or so and posted positive feedback, within an hour of posting positive feedback he emailed saying phone was not new (it was) phone was damaged (it was not) phone did not work (it did was tested before sending) and was not packaged as new( was sent in all its original packging and was only ever removed from box to test)

anyway i refused to give a refund on the above grounds so he complained to paypal i stated the above, paypal have said i have to refund his £50 even though hes scamming me, i will end up being send a completley different unit back and hes ended up with a perfect phone for nothing

i feel like emptying my paypal into somone elses account so he dont get fuck all

Wolfie, do it, PayPal can only make you refund the amount, IF you have sufficient funds in your paypal account.

If it is empty, there is no comeback.

yeah i agree, transfer all the money elsewhere..dont let these scammers get away with it!

How about sending an 'empty' parcel via the post office (so you have proof of posting) but write the address (badly) and in board marker - basically so it'll never arrive.
You have proof of posting - You say it was sent.
He ends up with Fook all!

My paypal is always empty.

What i would say - is post on a forum like this - his ID so that others can do with that information what they wish...

I got ripped of on ebay recently.

sold a secondhand turbo, guy in Belgium bought it. Waited 3 months and reported to his credit card that he never had it ! Courier sais different though as the guy signed for it !!!!!!

I dont understand why some people have to be such complete tossers. Sorry to hear your story.
