A close friend of mine is doing this 'K' series rear engine project. Possibly turbo. I don't know about you but it certainly has potential

please tell me he is putting a firewall behind his head lol or is going to wear fireproof skin and a helmet psml does have oodles of potential like, especially if you put the 2ltr turbo lump in front and back from the 220 gti turbo !

looks good, and a tight fit to! Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

That doesn't look like a K series to me? The 220 turbo was not a K series either. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

Tom Yes it is i believe, which is the same series as 220 turbo or so i am told buddy

I think i recognise this car. Was it bought off a bloke who was studying Motorsport Engineering at Brooklands College in Surrey? A chap was building a rear engined T series powered spaceframe type mini and sold it after finishing the course due to lost interest. If it isn't then its not as crude as i first thought!! |

Yeh i think it is. It's not a shabby build! Unfortunalty the guy that owns this car is also building a TM so it doesn't look like we'll see this car running anytime soon. :( |

trust me when i saw it being built first time i was scared! but when it was almost finished it didn't look half bad but my eye for perfection makes everything look rubbish! |
