Just out of interest what kind of oil feed setup do other T2 users have?
I'm using the original braided oil feed for the T3 but because of the different angle and position of the turbo it doesn't fit to well.
Plus i've got 7/16th adaptor so i can use the original banjo bolt, just wondered if anyone knew of existing kits which fit easier and are more practical?

Whats going to break next!?

Can't get a good pic at the moment as its under the carb and manifold.
Its like a hydraulic fitting, male one end 7/16th and female the other for the banjo bolt. Problem is it's quite long when the two are together just wanted a simpler solution

On a banjo normal practice is to use two copper washers, one either side of your banjo (-4 copper washers for 7/16"). Make sure all surfaces are nice and clean before assembling. A generous nip should then give you a nice seal.

So you could you get hold of a suitable oil feed line with banjo etc for a mini running a T2?

Yes. Are you running the normal metro turbo banjo assembly on the oil take of the engine ?

Do you plan on running an inline oil filter ?

I can get the banjo or the -4 adapter like Nic has used. The hose fitting i get are aluminium. Banjos can be steel or ali or either, depends on size.

Yes i'm using the original metro T3 feed with an adaptor. Using and inline oil filter never occured to me is this recommended then?

I would prefer the same setup to what nic has to be honest just not sure where to purchase it!

yes it is, my housing was already threaded but had a bung in it, i removed it and got the fitting from a hydraulic supply place.

since then ive made the hole in it bigger as it was only letting me get 16psi

Mirage, could you price up a kit complete with a fitting like Nic has screwed into his compressor housing (metric thread) please?

Can sort out the fitting for you exept the metric part !! lol The fittings are all imperial. The turbo wil be 7/16 X 24tpi. The fittings are Jic (uses unf thread). The banjo for the engine side i can get in a few sizes.
