You need to know if this guy was a sole trader or not. Even if he wasnt its still worth having a chat to a solicitor. You can talk to one for free at your citizens advice bureau. You may be able to start a small claims procedure on this guy. they caost £120 to start and you can claim this back if you win. |

I went to CAB, they looked into it and said because its LTD, there is nouthing I can do. Its only a bit of metal. If it blows it blows!
