I'm thinking of going to 13 inch wheels.
Does anyone know what the specs are for sportspack wheels? especially the offset.
I have been pricing out wheels and tires here in USA and anything with "MINI" associated with it is doubled in price. 13" tyres and wheels are easily available but 12" are impossible (or pricey cos they are for mini's!!)

Great that at least gives me a start. I'm looking at 175/50/13 which have recommended 5-6 wheel rim widths, so around 20 mm on a 6" 32mm on a 5" if my maths are right.

what size tyre are you on and how are they working out? are you on sportspack arches with usual mods to front wheel arches??

I've been running 7x13 Original superlites since 1989 and I've never looked back.
Pirelli P7F 175x50x13 to begin with and now 175x50x13 Bridgestone Potenzas and yep you have to cut away the front arches to stop them snagging.
On the arches I'm running STD plastic items and have done all along, the tyres do stick out a little but never had a problem with them.

Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe.

remember if running 13`s and sports pack, the front arches will need to be cut, or u will be in a world of pain.

Thanks for the info,
I was thinking of 13" Midget wheels which are available here, probably different offset, though I have seen wheels advertised as Midget/mini. Anyway just found a place in US with 12" Minilights (note spelling!) for not much more than UK prices at $540 with Falkens. I'll go with them.
