Am i right in thinking i just need to specify one for a 1991> mini that has the metro style thermostat sandwich?

mine was a really weird shape. are you after just a plain one that goes from the rad to the water pump?

Mine had an extra 2 connections on it (91 carb cooper) it came up from the rad, to the water pump, the heater was plumbed into it, and it went to the sandwich plate on the stat housing too if i remember rightly. I know it definately had 4 ends anyway.

They are available Dave, although I think most of the 91 on cars do have odd pipes coming off them.

I believe the one you want is as fitted to early vans and Mk 1's where the heater was an option, I have bought them in the past for autograss cars although I can't for the life of me remember where from........

i actually think minimania buys from minispares and is adding his shipping cost to his prices. all of minimania's parts #'s match minispares #'s check it out. hmm what a gig i wounder if i can buy from minispeed then sell and charge my shipping cost to general public?
