any one know of any magical liquid or process other then using a wire brush on a drill to get carbon deposits out of a turbo, would the process they use for cleaning engine blocks do the same job

Mr Muscle oven cleaner!

I have tried this after one of my lecturers at uni recomended it. It works fantasicly - I sprayed it on, left it for 5-10mins then wiped off all the gunk.

I used it on my head when my engine was apart and on a set of rover p6 v8pistons. They came up brilliantly.
