my mate has a 5th injecter fitted to his escort rs turbo in the plenem to help with the leaning out at high RPM. has anybody tried one? If in Doubt, go flat out !!! |

its not going to work because the fuel pump is low pressure so if you used a std injector high pressure when the injector opens the fuel line pressure drops so the fuel reg is not going work properly plus were you going to put the pipe work and injector 1293 Turbo mini

wa thinking about it for mine but i had no wires to fire it open:( Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

I have a mate who uses a injector with a pressure switch too give extra fuel above 18 PSI on a R5 turbo, which works too great effect!!! |

you can on r5 its because the pump output is high on flow 1293 Turbo mini

Yeah it may be a bodge but it works and ya get good power for not alot of money, The injector runs it own pump so fuel supply is not a problem. |
