Yes you do need a turbo carb if your running a blower. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

The Metro Turbo carb is a sealed unit, as the engine uses a "blow through" setup. It is possible to seal an ordinary SU carb. But i would have thought it would be easier to just get another Turbo one.

) but am pondering what I need for the carb. Some peeps have told me that it isn;t a standard carb and I'll need one specifically from a Metro Turbo. Is this true? What spec is the standard Metro Turbo carb then, and how is it different to an "ordinary" Mini carb?
