does anyone know the deck height of 18cc +0.020" je pistons?

What are you assuming? I am fairly sure they are std compression height, so therefore will be approx 40 thou down the bores when used in an un-molested block?

Those are only approx values, of course tolerances do vary, so you would need to check, but with a 6 thou skim I would be very suprised if you have any problems.
